SEO / GEO · DIAGNOSIS TO IMPLEMENTATION

SEO and GEO for cross-border ecommerce

DEW Technology (Dienwo) helps Chinese exporters and cross-border ecommerce teams with SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization). We review real buyer questions and AI answers, identify content and evidence gaps, and implement an agreed website plan. Brand mentions, recommendations, website citations and inquiries are evaluated separately.

WHAT YOU GET

Three working stages, with a defined output at each stage.

01

Diagnosis and analysis

Review website accessibility, content, buyer questions and observed search or AI answers. Separate findings, hypotheses and missing data.

02

An actionable plan

Prioritize page changes, content and evidence gaps, with proposed deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

03

Implementation and review

Complete approved content or website changes, preserve delivery evidence and revisit the same questions to observe outcomes.

WHO THIS FITS

A useful engagement starts with the right problem.

01

Exporters and international B2B teams

Buyers need clear capabilities, applications, specifications and credible evidence before sending an inquiry.

02

Cross-border ecommerce teams

Your independent store needs consistent product attributes, comparison guidance, policies and answers to real purchase questions.

03

Implementation support

You want one team to diagnose issues, define improvements and make the agreed website or content changes.

THE CURRENT GAP

What has to change before technology creates value.

01

Brand discovery is not a recommendation

Finding your brand by name differs from appearing when a buyer describes a need without naming you.

02

Delivery is not an outcome

Publishing a page does not establish improved rankings, citations or inquiries. Those require separate observations.

03

A report needs a next step

Each proposed action needs a target page, evidence, an owner and an acceptance check.

DELIVERY PROCESS

A controlled path from evidence to a running system.

  1. 01 / Diagnosis and analysis

Confirm the market, assets and question set. Record accessible pages, answer samples, sources and limitations.

Issue list · baseline evidence · input checklist
  2. 02 / Propose the plan

Turn findings into prioritized content and website work. Confirm the design before quoting website implementation.

Action plan · approved design · scoped quotation
  3. 03 / Implement and review

After scope and payment are confirmed, implement the work. Publish client-approved articles and revisit the original questions.

Changed pages · delivery evidence · outcome review

ACCEPTANCE

Define success before expanding scope.

01

Traceable diagnosis

Findings connect to pages or observed answers. Unavailable platforms remain missing data, not zero performance.

02

Agreed delivery

Check delivered pages, articles or website changes against the accepted scope and retain their URLs or files.

03

Separate outcome review

Track brand mentions, recommendations, official-domain citations and attributable inquiries separately under comparable conditions.

BOUNDARIES

What this engagement does and does not promise.

01

Coverage is confirmed first

Products, markets, languages, search modes and data access are checked before committing to monitoring coverage.

02

Scope determines the quote

Monitoring data, diagnosis and action planning, and implementation can be purchased independently or combined. Quotes follow confirmed scope; monthly work has agreed quantities. Advertising service fees and media spend are separate.

03

Evidence determines claims

Search and AI outputs vary. Rankings, citations, recommendations and lead volumes are observed outcomes rather than guaranteed deliverables.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before starting.

How should an exporter start with GEO?

Here GEO means generative engine optimization, rather than geographic ad targeting. Define buyer questions and the target market first. Observe real search and AI answers, including the sources and providers they use. Review accessible service pages, product specifications, applications and evidence; prioritize improvements, implement the agreed scope and retest the same questions under comparable conditions. Dienwo provides diagnosis, planning and optional implementation.

Can we buy monitoring only, or bring our own data for a plan?

Yes. Monitoring data, diagnosis and action planning, and implementation are independent purchase options. We first assess existing materials and agree quantities and deliverables; diagnosis and analysis are part of forming the plan. Monthly work covers an agreed cycle, and execution follows quote acceptance and payment.

Can you monitor domestic AI applications?

We assess the actual product entry, search mode and usable evidence first. Applications such as Doubao, DeepSeek, Diandian, WorkBuddy and QwenWork have different access and tool settings; listing a platform is not a claim of verified integration.

Who approves articles and website changes?

The client approves articles before publication. Website changes follow diagnosis, design confirmation, an accepted implementation quote and payment before execution.

How are results evaluated?

Completed delivery is checked against the agreed scope. Later reviews use the same questions and comparable conditions to observe mentions, recommendations, citations and inquiries separately.

How should cross-border ecommerce teams approach GEO?

Work from purchase questions rather than generating pages for every keyword. On Shopify, WordPress or an existing platform, check crawlable product details, specifications, shipping and return policies, comparisons and FAQ content. Keep language versions consistent, use verified customer or product evidence and distinguish product-content citations from recommendations. Dienwo reviews the existing store before proposing changes; changing platforms is not a default requirement.
